John Allen

John Allen is an accomplished M&A advisor, having closed numerous transactions and integration of acquisitions in the technology sector over a 30 year professional career.

His diverse background includes a unique combination of operational, financial, and sales management, which has  enabled him to lead companies to dramatic increases in revenue and profitability.

He served as President, General Manager, and Chief Financial Officer of a lower middle market Phoenix-based IT services company that focused on cybersecurity and managed services. The firm was ultimately acquired by the private equity firm Arby Partners and merged into the NexusTek platform.

John’s career path also includes tenures with Lucent Technologies (acquired by Alcatel) and Acxiom (acquired by The Interpublic Group of Companies).

John graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. He holds CPA and Real Estate licenses in the state of Arizona.
